Reservations Terms and Conditions
Trips booked with Reserve are subject to the following terms, which supplement other terms you have agreed to with Pride. Reservations must be made within the “Minimum Lead Time” for the applicable trip type, as listed below.
The minimum ride fare for P-ride varies significantly by city and service type, with no universal fixed amount. It is designed to ensure drivers are fairly compensated, especially for short trips that might otherwise yield low profits. Minimum fares can range from approximately €10 to €35, depending on the location and the specific P-ride service selected, such as P-ride Sparing, Pride van, or P-ride Business. For example, in Amsterdam, the minimum fare for P-ride Sparing has been reduced to €10, reflecting changes from previous years when it was higher. In Antwerp, the minimum fare for P-ride Sparing is €15, while in Stockholm it is €20. These minimums are enforced so that even if the calculated fare based on distance and time is lower, riders are still charged at least the minimum amount. This ensures the trip remains viable for drivers, particularly for short rides. The minimum fare is also influenced by local regulations, such as minimum driver pay standards in cities like Minneapolis, which can affect the final cost.

Reserve prices may differ and be higher than on-demand prices for the same trip. Reservations made in advance may be subject to a Cancel Fee. Refer to the list below for more information on the cancellation charges which apply to your reservation.
Once your driver arrives at your requested pickup location, you or your guest rider should meet the driver to begin the trip within the “wait time” period specified below. That wait time is included in your estimated fare. If you have not met your driver after five additional minutes, the trip may be canceled, and you’ll be charged the applicable cancellation fee.
You will receive a notification when your driver is on the way. However, if your driver is expected to be significantly late, we’ll let you know in advance, and you’ll have 15 minutes from that notice to cancel at no charge.

Cancellation Fee: €25.00 Wait Time: 60 minutes. Free Cancellation Until: 4 hours prior to trip. Reserved airport transfer at least 24 hours in advance.
Pride sprinter
Cancellation Fee: €25.00 Wait Time: 60 minutes. Free Cancellation Until: 4 hours prior to trip. Reserved airport transfer at least 24 hours in advance.

Your price may increase if the length, duration, or route of your trip changes.
When you request a Reserve trip, the trip price you see will be an estimate that includes a reservation fee which may vary depending on the location of the pickup address, and/or the day and time of your trip. This fee is paid by riders for their driver’s additional wait time and time/distance spent traveling to the pickup location.
Eligible promotions will be applied to your scheduled ride or reservation price at the time your driver is prompted to begin traveling to your pickup location. Note that promotions are not eligible for use on Pride. P-ride doesn’t guarantee a driver will accept your ride request.
